Your organisation has a system for everything.
Finance.
People.
Procurement.
Customers.
What about print?
A print requirement may look simple.
Until it has to move across people, departments, vendors and locations.
How does it look from where you see Print?
The requirement reaches you.
The artwork.
The vendor.
The proof.
The correction.
The delivery.
The execution sits with you.
The delay may begin elsewhere.
The complaint always reaches you.
Every element is considered.
The colour.
The type.
The spacing.
The logo.
The paper.
The finish.
Nothing in the design is accidental.
Across printed pieces, requirements and locations —
Does every printed piece carry the brand exactly as you designed & approved it?
With every new print requirement, the process begins again.
Quotations.
Comparisons.
Negotiations.
Finalisation.
After all of that — can you ensure that what was finally agreed is exactly what gets delivered?
Also, can you see what was spent, where and on what, without piecing it together from invoices and mail trails?
You may not manage print directly.
But its impact can still reach you.
The brand.
The delays.
The vendors.
The data.
Print may sit with one team. Its consequences rarely do.
Every print order can carry something else with it.
Data.
A name.
Designation.
Email address.
Mobile number.
Employee ID.
Photograph.
It may move through email inboxes, downloads, spreadsheets, shared folders, messages, vendor systems.
The printed material comes back.
The data shared may remain elsewhere.
Most organisations don't think of a print order as a data-transfer event.
The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 gives them a reason to.
Where your organisation is the Data Fiduciary, it remains responsible for personal data processed on its behalf — even when a vendor processes it. That responsibility, including safeguards for processing undertaken through a Data Processor, is set out in Section 8 of the Act.
The data may leave your system.
The responsibility doesn't.
Who has it? Where is it stored? When is it deleted?
The question is no longer simply "Who prints it?" It is:
How is print & the data behind it, being managed?
Your organisation already has a print process.
Allow us to show you what stronger brand consistency across your printed collateral could look like, and what a print workflow designed with DPDP compliance in mind could look like.
A system that works for Marketing, Procurement, Facilities, Administration and the organisation as a whole.
We begin by understanding how print currently moves through your organisation & show you where we can add value.
