By browsing this website, requesting a quote, uploading content, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. Prints24x7 is operated by Quiinkit Infotech Pvt Ltd, based in Gurugram, Haryana, India. We provide print production and fulfilment services, including corporate and bespoke print applications, security printing, on-demand publishing, and personalised products (notebooks, diaries, calendars and doodle pads) under our "Made for You" range.
For our "Made for You" products, placing an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase, which we accept once your payment is confirmed. For corporate, security-printing, and on-demand publishing work, an order is confirmed only once we've issued a written quote or order confirmation and received any required advance payment — until then, a quote or conversation is not a binding commitment on either side.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order — for example, if a product is out of stock, if we suspect fraud, or if the content submitted for printing is something we're unable to produce (see Acceptable use).
All prices on our website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and, unless stated otherwise, are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added at checkout or on your invoice. For bespoke and corporate work, final pricing is confirmed in your quote and may depend on quantity, specifications, and finishing options discussed with our team.
Payments on our website are processed securely through Razorpay. We accept the payment methods Razorpay supports (cards, UPI, net banking, and others as available). For "Made for You" orders, production begins only once payment has been successfully received. For larger corporate or bespoke orders, we may require an advance payment before production begins and the balance before dispatch, as set out in your quote.
When you upload a file, title, design, name, or any other content for us to print, you confirm that:
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of any text, names, dates, or details you submit for personalisation — please check these carefully before confirming your order, as we print exactly what is submitted. We reserve the right to decline to print any content that we reasonably believe violates these terms.
We take reasonable care to match colours, materials, and finishes to what's shown on our website or in a sample, but due to differences in screens, printing processes, and paper stock, minor variations in colour or finish between what you see on screen and the final printed product are normal and are not considered a defect. For larger or bespoke print runs, a proof will typically be shared for your approval before full production begins — once a proof is approved, we are not responsible for errors that were present in, and approved on, that proof.
Production and delivery timelines vary by product and are communicated at the time of order or in your quote. Dispatch timelines are estimates, not guarantees — occasionally things outside our reasonable control (courier delays, weather, regional disruptions) can affect delivery dates, and we'll keep you informed if that happens. Risk in the goods passes to you once they are handed to our shipping or courier partner. Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout — we are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect address.
Because most of our products are printed or personalised specifically for you, our cancellation and refund rules depend on how far your order has progressed into production. Full details are on our Cancellations & Returns page, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prints24x7 and Quiinkit Infotech Pvt Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Indian law.
All content on this website — including our logo, design, layout, and original text — belongs to Prints24x7 / Quiinkit Infotech Pvt Ltd and may not be copied or reused without our permission. You retain full ownership of any designs, files, or content you upload to us for printing; we use it solely to produce your order, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to use our website or services to submit or request the printing of content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, is fraudulent, or is otherwise harmful or objectionable. We reserve the right to refuse any order that we reasonably believe falls into this category, and to suspend access to our website for anyone who misuses it.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. We'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when we do, and continued use of our website or services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
